Filming Schedule***

It is vital to create a schedule of when footage must be complete as we only have a limited amount of time to finish the product and therefore it is key to efficiently do so. In order to film our thriller opening correctly while being organized, we have made a filming schedule that we will follow. We created this so that it will help structure the filming process, so when filming it will be a lot easier. It shows when we will be filming, the location, who will be in the scene and what shot we are going to use. Therefore prior to filming, each day we will know where to go, what equipment we will need etc.

During the first filming process when creating our thriller opening, as a group we decided to alter the original filming schedule as we found ways to improve it to affect our opening positively. We changed certain camera shots, for example, when the victim is searching the hallway for a sound she heard previously, we used a tracking shot instead of a mid-shot to emphasize the characters state of mind as being panicked as the camera will move as she does.

  1. You have provided a good recount of why it is important to include a filming schedule to ensure time is used efficiently.
Make sure you insert the table correctly so it doesn't interfere with the layout of your blog. Elaborate on your summary by stating how this filming schedule has helped you
